Who it's for
Built for peoplewhose words matter.
If the names, terms and products you use every day are the ones dictation gets wrong, this was built with you in mind.
By what you write
Why it exists
We built thisfor ourselves first.
Talking to an agent all day means saying the same product names, the same identifiers, the same people, hundreds of times — and watching ordinary dictation get them wrong hundreds of times. Every wrong word is a derailed conversation, not an ugly transcript.
So the vocabulary is derived from what you already wrote and from what your agents write back, and it is supplied to the engine while you are still speaking. Nobody labels anything. It gets better because you used it.
Who builds it
One person,on a Mac.
VoiceCatalyst is made by someone who dictates to his computer for most of the working day and wanted the words he said to be the words that landed. It is built in the open, measured on his own voice, and fixed forward every day.
